TROUBLESHOOTING AN OUT OF LOCK CHASSIS

FLOW CHART METHOD 2
The following flow chart describes troubleshooting an out of lock condition. Align the VCO for an operating frequency about 200 KHz above the 400 setting. Program DS-400 correctly.

* As the VCO is adjusted through the frequency displayed by the DS-400, the voltage on Coax #2 should change its logic state.
